Pierre Fouilhoux who is known in its circle for his tastes and architectural concepts has furnished and landscaped this tropical provincial oasis for your pure pleasure .The whole furnished area is a white and beige tastefully furnished with modern twists. Modern pieces cohabit for you pleasure with antique pieces of furniture. There are African paintings, drawings, ceramics and different objects to keep your senses titillated. The living room has a large stone wall and mezzanine office with decorative chimney of Provence. American kitchen equipped with bar which opens up onto the living room, and a space meal with a large table, old dresser, curios. Three (3) Rooms with king size beds arrangements and their own toilets with Italian shower and sinks. There is one (1) laundry room, with linen closet. The space closet is integrated to the house by 6 solids pillars out of stone of Provence. There are two (2) terraces with double southern exposure and west opening onto the garden and the swimming pool equipped with a large table and teak chairs. The other terrace is smaller but more intimate and discrete opens on a natural, movable garden of wrought iron garden.

CONDITION OF HIRING: The period of Hiring begins Saturday as from 4 p.m. The departure is carried out for 9 a.m. the last day of hiring (according to many days or of weeks). Our property is conceived to accommodate 6 people. The tenant is responsible for the property during his stay, (it must announce all anomalies as of report). The tenant must get a “certificate stay travels civil responsibility”. Or we can provide you with the insurance necessary with our own insurance company at the extra cost of …….. Should any problem arise during the stay you would be covered by this certificate and the insurance would cover the cost and damages. The property must be restored, in the same state of arrival. Any degradation, accident, breakage, any problem, must be notified ASAP, for insurance purposes..
CONDITION OF RESERVATION: The reservation is carried out by the sending of an email. With reception of your email, the reservation is done through a down payment of 40% of the amount of rental. The rental consequently is blocked a week (dispatch date of your email), passed this time and without news on your commitment, the request will be cancelled. The balance 60% is payable 4 weeks before the date of your arrival, should the reservation is done months in advance. The deposit is of 1000€. This deposit will be refunded at the time of your departure if no problem or damage is noted. The civil responsibility, in the event of personal or material injury, belongs to the tenant. Therefore we ask you “for a certificate stay travels civil responsibility”. This document is to be claimed near your insurance agent or ours depending the option picked. In the event of cancellation of reservation 4 weeks before your date of arrival, the down payments will not be refunded. The animals are not allowed.
SWIMMING POOL: Swimming pool is private. The swimming pool is cleaned once a week.
GARDEN: The maintenance of the garden is made by the owner.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE RESERVATION: Electricity is not included in price; it will be calculated at the end of the stay and added then. Linens for the bedrooms can be rented for 15 Euros/person. Towels are not included.
CLEANING: During your stay, you have the possibility of a cleaning maid at extra cost, which needs to be reserved at the time of reservation. You will be invoiced 100€ at the end of the stay as a final cleaning cost. We are at your disposal for any further information required.
